Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, both our First Step and Pro Commerce packages come with a 30 day money back guarantee. Once your shop is setup and running, you can cancel and ask for a refund at any point within 30 days
Is there a minimum Contract?
No, we are so confident in our product that we don't feel the need to tie you into a contact (Bespoke Solutions may include a minimum period). If you want to stop using the software, you simply cancel your subscription with 30 days notice. After 30 days your shop will simply be disabled. We're all about choice and if you don't like our software, then we wont force you to stay!
I'm looking to switch. Can I import my stuff?
Yes, in most cases we can import both your product and customer information from your existing shopping cart. Contact one of our customer support representatives for more information.
Can I upgrade my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time and all of your data (products, orders, customers, etc) will remain intact. The upgrade process is quick and painless - we promise!
I already have an online shop, why should I change?
